Minimum Order

PortoVino is a wholesaler and has a $300 minimum order.

 

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $300 that are shipping in the continental US.

PortoVino will ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. We ship with FedEx Ground, FOB Phoenix, Arizona. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days to most U.S. locations. Please call us at 800-400-7345 to arrange various Express Shipping services.

All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other non-continental US territories will be shipped via USPS. A shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on delivery address.

For larger orders, we will utilize LTL freight which will ship within 1-3 business days. Depending on the carrier, delivery is usually within 3-7 business days.

 

Payment Methods

PortoVino accepts the following forms of payment:

Mail Checks / Money Order to: PO Box 93204, Phoenix, AZ 85070 (include your order# on the check). Order will ship once funds clear.

 

Taxes

Since PortoVino is a wholesaler, and customers purchasing on this site are re-sellers, you are not required to pay sales tax. This is why we ask for your re-seller license or Federal Tax ID number during registration.

 

Order Cancellation

You must contact us and cancel your order prior to shipping to avoid a service charge. We will charge a 10% re-stocking fee, and ask you to return the product (see Return Policies below) for a refund. PortoVino reserves the right to charge your credit card if these procedures are not followed.

 

Return and Replacement Policy

PortoVino stands behind its products. We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product or issue you a credit for the defective item. If you need to replace a product, please call us at 800-400-7345 within 7 days and we will provide you with an RMA #. All returns must have an RMA number. Please include a COPY of the invoice, your RMA number and a description of the problem with the return. If returned materials are not received within 30 days of the order date, we will be unable to issue a credit. Your return is usually processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the item. All returned items MUST be in original packaging and cannot include any retail labels. PortoVino does not offer guaranteed sales.
